I can't tell you how thankful I am that Tony was the sales professional that helped my Mom. My Dad passed away over 10 years ago, and my 78 year old Mom was now ready to purchase her first car on her own. You can imagine how nervous she was - but she said when she met Tony, she felt a sense of comfort. I have been in many car purchases in the past, and I can also say, this was the best car purchasing experiences I have ever been through. He went through uncovering what it was she was looking for, asked her questions to ensure the vehicle met all of her "must haves" and took his time to ensure he answered all of her questions. There was no rushing - so fancy sales pitch - no pressure of needing her to make her decision now or she would "miss a deal" - nothing like that. Just listened to her, asked questions, and was there for her. My Mom is so very special to me, and the way Tony treated her with such respect, care and kindness during this entire process, was truly appreciated. It melted my heart to see my Mom treated like she was his very best customer. Tony turned my Mom's first car purchase experience from one of nervousness to one of excitement. He made her feel special and important during the entire process! Tony not only earned my Mom's respect, but mine as well. It is so fun to see her beam with excitement when she shares her experience with my siblings and close friends at church. Thank you for giving her such a wonderful memory to charish! More
