I bouught 2012 Toyota Camry after comparing it with two other choices. The primary reasons are the color and quality of the car. He was very supportive and caring for my needs for the budget and choices. Overall Haselton experince was great. It was easy to compare different models at one location and without any sales presure. When we arrived at Hoselton,we were immediately greeted and introduced to our salesperson, Jerod Ingrassio. He aked a few questions as to what we were interested in and then proceeded to show us some veh and introduced to our salesperson, Jerod Ingrassio. Jerod was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the available vehicles. After our test drive we sat down and began to work out the transaction and eventually we arrived at an acceptable price. It was an entirely stress free process and I attribute that to the professionalism of Mr.Ingrassio. Purchasing a new vehicle can and sometime is an ordeal if the dealership tries to pressure you into a purchase. This was not the case at all and we appreciated that. The dealership and Jerod have made follow-up calls to ensure that we are satisfied with our purchase and so far, we are. DPE More
This gentleman renewed my 2010 Camry lease from Hoselton to a new, 2012 Camry lease. The car is outstanding. I am 100% satisfied with everything he did to help me, from locating the car which had just arr to a new, 2012 Camry lease. The car is outstanding. I am 100% satisfied with everything he did to help me, from locating the car which had just arrived at Hoselton 4 days earlier, to installing my previous license plates and New York state certificates, to tutoring me on the details of the controls, monitors, settings, etc., etc. He gave me his time generously during the 3 days of getting the new car aligned and ready for me. I have never been better helped by anyone than this gentleman. He is outstanding -- just like the car, and I am very appreciativs. More
I just leased a new Toyota so I have not needed the service department but I can say I was very pleased with the sales staff and was not ill at ease during our negotiations, Buying or leasing can stil service department but I can say I was very pleased with the sales staff and was not ill at ease during our negotiations, Buying or leasing can still be an ominous ordeal to many but I would recommend this dealership to one and all. My car got hit by another car while in Hoselton getting repaired!!! The manager called me to let me know and lied to me about the damages my car had. They told me they gonna take cake of everything initial repaired!!! The manager called me to let me know and lied to me about the damages my car had. The lady from Hoselton that handles my car status never return my calls, very unfriendly and rude! Not going back to this dealer ever again! More
If the Hoselton sticker is on your car, than you probably paid too much! We went to Hoselton Nissan and Toyota to look at new cars to replace our existing vehicle. We were greeted by a very helpful sales person who spent hours with us. We test drove four different cars, 2 Toyotas, and 2 Nissans. He was very friendly and accommodating, even if his product knowledge was somewhat lacking. The sales man gets a good grade, he did all he could. Things were great until we decided on a Toyota Rav4. First the Toyota sales management came to us with an offer of FULL STICKER price on a leftover model, stripped down base front wheel drive model from last year. Then, they came at us with a trade in offer that was almost $1000 below KBB trade in price and about $800 less than the going rate at auction. When I tried to negotiate the price, I was told that they could take another $500 off but that was it, because "Toyotas sell themselves". They also told us our car would get $1000 max at auction (which was a flat out LIE, as I later learned). Well hopefully this Toyota sold itself, because we didn't buy it! We instead went across town and found a similar model priced at $1500 LESS with more features, and 10% below sticker price. The whole process was confusing. At Hoselton Nissan, our trade in was worth $3000. At Hoselton Toyota (literally 300 feet away), our trade in was worth $2000. This made no sense; the car is the same regardless. There was a vague mention of "trade in allowance" which sounds like another term intended to confuse and take advantage of the consumer. The front end of Hoselton is great. The sales people are friendly and very helpful. But their appraisers and Toyota sales managers will try to take you for everything they can. I can't imagine what it's like when you sign a deal and deal with the finance and insurance people. I imagine that they, too, try to take as much of your money as they can. This experience really cost them a lot. We ended up buying 2 cars from the other dealer. Hoselton could have had that business but instead blew it by trying to squeeze us. More
When i came in last week looking for a used Rav 4 Joe was very helpful.We test drove a couple and i fell in love with a black one.When it came time to talk money,Joe completely shut down when i told him i wh very helpful.We test drove a couple and i fell in love with a black one.When it came time to talk money,Joe completely shut down when i told him i what i owed on my car.I felt like a criminal they way he suddenly treated me.In this economy you would think that they would be eager to help work out something.In the past i have bought 2 vehicles from Hoselton and would swear by them.Now i wouldn`t recommend them to my worst enemy.It`s ok though because i ended up with a NEW Jeep Liberty and absolutely love it.And i got a sweet deal and they helped get me out from under my old car.Thanks Hoselton,for the blessing in disguise.I will not be back.
