This is the 2nd RAV4 purchased from Hoselton; the 1st was serviced by them every 3 months for 10 years and would still be in use if that deer had waited to cross the road. So of course there was no other c serviced by them every 3 months for 10 years and would still be in use if that deer had waited to cross the road. So of course there was no other choice but to go back to Hoselton and get another RAV4. That one is in its 2nd year, has its service every 3 months, and I expect, baring another misguided critter, will be MY car for quite some time. I "wait" each time I bring the car in - the Service Dept always does its best to do what needs to be done AND get me out as soon as possible. They have also always been pleasant and friendly even at 8 am; they willing do the "extras" - among other things, synced my phone to the car TWICE, checked the tires to remove that annoying trouble light triggered when the temperature dropped like a rock, and this time replaced my registration sticker when they did the new inspection one. I do a lot of driving and appreciate knowing MY car is up to the task. More

BUYERS BEWARE!! This dealership is horrible, I would neither refer nor purchase a car here. I spent a total of 6.5 hours in the car driving from Albany NY, all on false pretenses/misrepresentation. Needless to say no sales staff, nor management cared!! Then at the very least you'd think they'd do whatever possible to accommodate the customer! NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I already drive a fairly new 2010 Jeep Wrangler LTD. at which they offered $20000. Well below KBB or any black book etc. I had expected to arrive and view a SUV. I had called in advance to make sure the vehicle was still available and on the lot. Mind you this was the day before thanksgiving 2012. The store was closed on Thanksgiving as most businesses are. So black FRIDAY morning comes, I had already been pre approved for this specific vehicle model/year at any dealership. I had been looking for at least 2 months. So I'm told they have the 2012 White 4runner available!!! I arrive and am handed off to a sales person barely speaking English and then notified the car is avaliable however the car is a demo and was currently located at the airport! Im not familiar with the rochester area however they said it would be approximate 20minute vefore they could get the car back to the dealership, REALLY... I believe a good car company doesn t misrepresent or mislead there customers or mistreat there "source of income", on some adventure through false advertising/inaccurate information. Car sales have to be at an all time LOW and Im thinking if this were my line of business i'd be working pretty hard to gain valuable customers! I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A CAR HERE AFTER THE CASCADE OF EVENTS. Disorganized to a serious buyer!! I did however purchase my limited edition 4runner today... Thank goodness the sales people in my area made a good outcome for Toyota! Your sales staff is horrible and your customer service stinks. I feel sorry for the people of Rochester that this dealership even exist! There is NEVER a "NEW", used car @ the window sticker price! Please if you do venture to this dealership do you homework before wasting your time, knowing the value of your car is important!!! I received 24000 for my Jeep here is ALBANY... Dana G. More

Zack is usually personally involved and designates knowledgeable, skilled and courteous staff I can trust. He is incredibly organized and professional, offering detailed information and great advice about taking care of my Venza. So I’m very thankful to Zack Goldman for his excellent work on my vehicle! Hoselton Auto Mall is at the top of my list for future automotive needs, and I'm happy to recommend this dealership to friends. More
They are by far the biggest bunch of liars and thieves we have ever encountered. My vehicle was certified platinum and had more issues with it then ever. Conor Dwyer is a very professional and knowlegeable young man. within seconds he knew just waht we wanted and went outof his way to make sure everything flowed smoothly. We visited the dealership on a Saturd man. within seconds he knew just waht we wanted and went outof his way to make sure everything flowed smoothly. We visited the dealership on a Saturday, and had very little time. He never rushed us and worked hard to accomodate us. By the following Tuesday night we drove away with our new Venza. This is the way car buying should be. I know that if we have a question or problem I can call Conor and he will be there for us. On a scale of 1-10 he's a twelve. It's not easy hirng people these days, congratualtion to Hoselton in finding such a good young man. We'll be back!!!! Bill & Sandy Walsh More
