I was a first-time car buyer from a dealer. I went to the dealer with lots of negative expectations and caution basede on the information I gathered from on line sources. Particularly the sales person, Frank D'ambrosia, by answering my sometimes non-sense questions and by providing healpfull opinions, changed my view of car buying experience from a dealer. All in all, the entire staff was great and healpful. I highly recommed Hoselton dealership to any one for price and family-atmosphere experience. More
I really have to say that buying a car from Hoselton was a pleasure. The car is great and the overall experience was fantastic. let me just say that Terry Perrault was the best salesman I have come across i a pleasure. Everything was great, and everyone worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. I had a problem w/ the truck upon driving it home, when I called the next day the service man Bob got me a tow, no questions asked the deal I wanted. We received outstanding service from this dealer. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff and shown a number of different vehicles in our price range. There were no high-pressure tactics used, the price presented to us was fair, and we were also encouraged to view options that the dealership thought might be a better deal for us. Both the sales person (Aaron Wallach) and the business manager (Mike Derks) were very professional and fair. The overall feeling we received was that this was a highly customer-oriented dealership far more concerned about the customer's satisfaction with a quality vehicle than their profit margin. We also bought our last car from this dealership as well, and this was the first dealership we visited for this purchase. I can't recommend this dealership more strongly. More
Hoselton was recommended by a friend. When we arrived there was a great selection of cars that looked better than others we had seen in the 4 dealerships we had visited that day. We were looking for a used, dependable, not too expensive car for our son for college. A gentleman brought a saleman out to us and he was knowledgeable about the inventory, listened to what we wanted and answered any questions we had. He put us at ease right away. We did find one car that our son liked, but decided to check out some other dealerships before a final decision. That was on a Saturday. By Sunday morning I had received an email from the salesman we had met with. The next day a woman called and asked how the search was going. Later that day, the salesman called with information about another car we might be interested in. My son and I returned later in the week and met with our salesman again. I explained exactly what we wanted and he took us to a separate area with cars that had just come in. My son, pretty quickly found one he liked. Since it had just come in, it hadn't been cleaned up yet, but it still looked great. He test drove it and fell in love. It was a bit more expensive than we wanted but, we met with a gentleman and discussed financing etc. I went to my bank for financing, and they didn't feel the car was worth the price. After that frustration, I spoke to the salesman and business manager several times and got financing for the car. The business manager got me a reasonable rate and term that worked for us. By the next Monday, we were picking up the car. It was clean, had new tires like promised and was ready to go. Any questions we had were answered and I signed for the financing and we left with the car. In the week we have had the car, I have gotten a thank you card and two phone calls asking how it was doing and if there were any problems. Three months earlier I had purchased a car from another dealer. It was also used and there were a few things that needed to be fixed. I was told they would be done before I picked up the car. When I picked up the car the repairs had not been made. That was frustrating. Also, once I picked up the car, I never heard from the salesman or anyone from the dealership again, unless I called with a concern. In fact, I have purchased many cars in the past and not one dealership that I have dealt with has ever followed up the way Hoselton has. I may have gotten a call once from a dealership but with Hoselton, you feel like you matter. I don't think I'll buy a car anywhere else in the future. More
