My car buying experience was good. Frank D. was my sales person and was very helpful and did a great job. The only real issue I had in the process was the condition of the car at purchase. Frank was very attentive and is taking care of the issues that were wrong, but I question the service departments attention to detail when doing their vehicle inspection to put it out for sale. Frank and I noticed the Key Fob didn't work and their was only one, the back interior light didn't work, i had to purchase a set of wiper blades the day after I purchased the vehicle. I know this is a used vehicle, but it is a 2011 with 18,000 (pretty new used vehicle), I would expect that it was in top shape at the TIME of purchase. Overall, Frank was great, but I would look at the way you inpect the cars you put on your lot. More
