CRIMINALS!!! I purchased a used BMW from them about 6 months ago, left $1,000 deposit down on my card and came in a week later to pay for half of the car and finance the rest. They charged me the full amount and said that they would charge the $1,000 back to my card. A week later it was not done so I called. They appoligized and said that the manager said he would do it and that they would fix it. This happened about 10 more times- me always calling them- they never calling me back- promising me it will get done and refusing to let me speak to the manager. Finally I had to leave for military duty for 6 weeks and just called my CC company to dispute the charges. When I got home from duty the charges were still there and the CC company said that Horse Power auto showed them my signiture and said it was a legal transation!! I still keep calling them and they never call back, play dumb, etc. I started looking at my paperwork more closely and they never deducted money from my trade-in either, when I pointed out that the stereo wasnt working they said it was and it was my mistake and I believed them- but now I took it to a Kenwood dealer and they said it is broken. I spoke with a lawyer and she said I can take them to small claims court and win but it will suck up my time and money. I feel so cheated and used. I dont know what to do except write this so it wont happen to anyone else. More

I called them they said the car had no problem and they would not fix it. They are xxxxxx bags. I've gotten a lawyer and they will be in court for that. More

Regarding FLY RYE's review, I have the carfax and receipt showing that he was refunded. He came from out of state to look at a car, he did not leave the deposit blindfolded.
