Very clean dealership. Bailey at the service desk has been outstanding all 3 of my visits for maintenance. Miranda in sales, was also a very kind and charming young Lady. They do an ok job but have a tendency to try to add on items that are neither necessary or required. Always take time to investigate suggested repairs to make sure you are doing what is necessary. items that are neither necessary or required. Stay away from Horne Mazda Tempe. They have deceptive sales practices in the Service Department. I did give them a chance to return my phone calls and emails to the Service Manager an They have deceptive sales practices in the Service Department. I did give them a chance to return my phone calls and emails to the Service Manager and General Manager to no avail. Background I worked at a Dealer and have Degree in Automotive and Diesel. I took my mother in-laws car for an Oil Change and tire rotation. The service advisor came to me an advised that there were 2 nails in one of the tires and told me I should just get 4 new tires from them for over 1k. There is only 29k on tires that could go 50k. I told her no and she proceeded to tell me that I could get a ticket if I was pulled over. Cause my 2019 tires are old. I laughed and said no again. She insisted I could get a ticket. So many other people would have been suckered in to buying in fear of getting a ticket. I wonder how often they use that fear tactic to sell something that isn't needed. I took the car to Costco to have nails removed they laughed as well and told me tires were fine. Beware! More

Never been treated worse at a stealership. Contacted the General Manager to complain and he couldn't even be bothered to respond. Run to any other dealership in town. Contacted the General Manager to complain and he couldn't even be bothered to respond. Run to any other dealership in town. More
1. Bought a brand new Mazda CX5 in Oct 2017. Because i wouldn't buy an extended warranty they charged me a higher finance rate.. .After letting someone else know they did call me and fix the problem. 2. wouldn't buy an extended warranty they charged me a higher finance rate.. .After letting someone else know they did call me and fix the problem. 2. When the AZ weather heated up all my dashboard functions lit up alerting me that the smart brakes, camera, etc were not working. After letting the dealer know, they assured me it was because it was probably because of the heat and everything would still work. My question: why would they sell that car in AZ or at least warn consumers? 3. At 27,000, the engine light came on and no factory warranty. I made an APPOINTMENT to get a diagnostic. At the end of the day they never got around to it.. Just to diagnose the issue? Why make an appt??? 4. DON'T buy a Mazda...I'm shopping for a brand that stands by the products and the service they sell! More
Business done the right way! I purchased my 2012 Mazda 3 used and right at the end of its factory warranty. Thankfully the car is in really good shape, but there were still a few I purchased my 2012 Mazda 3 used and right at the end of its factory warranty. Thankfully the car is in really good shape, but there were still a few items I was hoping to have repaired. When I went to the dealership for service I learned that my factory warranty had expired the week prior. I only learned this after Larry, the service manager I worked with, answered my question of when my warranty expired. He had already ordered the parts and was going to make the repairs without charging me since my warranty had just expired. All the repairs we made, the service was great, and Larry and More Mazda have certainly earned an enthusiastic repeat customer. I would highly recommend working with Larry and More Mazda to anyone that needs work done on their car! More
