Eventually it was time to trade in the Mazda 5, and it seemed natural to explore the options available to us within the dealership that has taken such good care of our vehicles for so many years. I have to say that Tim Tracey's sales department took very good care of us! Of course, we shopped around - even at other Mazda dealerships - but the personable care we got from Tim and Jerry just couldn't be beat. They never attempted to coerce or manipulate us. They didn't use tired, or even laughable sales lines. They were real. They understood that a car is a big purchase - it has to reasonably meet the needs of working parents and their children. Today, we own a Mazda 3 and a Mazda CX-5, and we actually look forward to our maintenance appointments - knowing that our vehicles will be well managed. More
