Gap Insurance/ Payoff So I was in a car accident earlier this year and I totaled the used car I first bought from this dealership who also had Zach at the forefront of the So I was in a car accident earlier this year and I totaled the used car I first bought from this dealership who also had Zach at the forefront of the deal. Being that it was my first car from a dealership, (and a 2010 Touring Mazdaspeed3) it pretty much ruined my year.. But because I had gap insurance Zach was able to get me behind the wheel of a 2017 Mazda 3 5-door Sport.. Which I really can't complain because I just needed a car to get me to work and whatnot. I sure miss the blazing fast speed of the Speed3 I had, but with these higher levels of fuel efficiency, like I said, I can't complain too much haha it's a great car, from a great local dealership to where I reside, and Zachs a great guy. I'm still breaking it in so I haven't really pushed this car past 4,000 rpm. But I can tell you it's still got some kick in it being that it's only 155 hp and 154 ft-lb of torque. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for reliability, fuel economy, space, minimalistic design, and performance. It has an A+ in my book. More

Sold me a lemon and forged old paper work Horrible experience!! They sold me a lemon not even two hours after getting off the lot the car was breaking down !!! Took it in the follow morning th Horrible experience!! They sold me a lemon not even two hours after getting off the lot the car was breaking down !!! Took it in the follow morning they told me they would give me a call once they find out what's wrong! A day goes by and no call so I decided to call them and they told me they couldn't tell me what's wrong with the car! The next day goes by so I call them again and said that they sent it to another dealership to be fix but still didn't know what was going on and said only the manager knows and that they couldn't tell me !!! Finally four days goes by and I go in asking why didn't they know what was wrong and why was the service horrible; they told me that I never called to check on it which I did several times but then told me that the original dealership was asking too much to fix the car so they sent it off to a "friend" for a cheaper rate so I then said that I wanted a refund but I signed an old contract and they would use that against me and force the car on me!! So I tried to put our differences aside and buy the car but my bank told me they were charging way to much for the vehicle and to back out cause they force a 2,000 car wash that can never be removed plus 900 for gap insurance which is one of the highest in the industry!! So then I proceeded to demand for a refund and they said they will not and that they will use a void contract to tie me into the deal!! Now they have my trade in car and my down payment plus the other car I didn't want to purchase!! And called the police on me for trespassing when I was just asking for my car back!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! More
