BEST MAZDA DEALERSHIP IN AZ! I have been buying cars now for over 45 years. Never in my life have I bought a car with such a transparent process. There was no "back and forth" no I have been buying cars now for over 45 years. Never in my life have I bought a car with such a transparent process. There was no "back and forth" no time wasted, just up front pricing, and transparency that would leave any buyer feeling secure of their choice to do business with Avondale Mazda. I asked for the Finance Director upon entering the dealership. I did this, because I knew I was going to be financing the vehicle. The salesman Andrew, introduced me to Jesse, the Finance Director. Within 15 minutes of meeting Mr. Hill, I had agreed on a price BELOW what any other Mazda dealer in the state was willing to offer me. I felt ashamed that I had not contracted Avondale Mazda to begin with! Start to finish I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1 HOUR!! This included the time necessary to go over the vehicle "protection" options, and sign the contracts! Like I said 45 years I have NEVER been in and out of a dealership in less than 1 hour. Amazing!!! I must say, this has been by far the best experience I have ever had at dealership. Our sales person (Katrina) was beyond amazing. Katrina took pride in providing optimal customer service. When I think about a car dealership, I think about wasting my entire day searching for a car I may or may not get. Katrina did not allow that to happen. Katrina got right to it. From the time, we walked into the dealership and until we drove off in our new car, totaled out to about 2 hours, if that! One thing we cannot get back is time and I greatly appreciate Katrina not wasting any of it. Finally yet importantly, Jesse the General Manager of Avondale Mazda went above and beyond to secure a deal that was in the best interest of my family. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were more than satisfied before we left. Been coming for service for 3.5 yrs, just bought a new Mazda I purchased a used Mazda elsewhere in 2013 and have been taking it to Avondale Mazda for the majority of its service and maintenance work over the las I purchased a used Mazda elsewhere in 2013 and have been taking it to Avondale Mazda for the majority of its service and maintenance work over the last 4 years. I have test driven on at least 4 prior occasions while waiting on my vehicle and every time was pleasant and no pressure. They were always fair and upfront so I figured I'd start with them this time around since I was actually serious about trading in my CX-9 for something smaller and newer. I went in last night with the intent to shop for a new CX-5 but had done a lot of research at home prior to my visit. I arrived at 5pm to work with Scott Hay and was saying goodbye to my CX-9 and leaving in my new CX-5 by 8:30pm. The negotiation process was very easy and I came away with a vehicle with everything I wanted at the right price. The process was quick and painless. My only critique was with the finance office. While Jesse Hill did a great job explaining the additional warranties, he never provided itemized pricing (until I was signing the contracts). He just showed me how much my monthly payment would be depending on which I selected. It was the end of business hours so we all wanted to get out of there and my attention span was waning, so I didn't specifically ask either, but it would have been nice. I ended up with a 5yr/75k warranty which Jesse selected based on the mileage per year I drive and how long I plan to keep the vehicle, a maintenance package, and GAP so I don't feel like I ended up buying something I didn't need or want. More
