He earned my business by listening to what was important to me. That coupled with the quality of the Mazda product made for an easy and enjoyable car buying experience. In addition, i worked closely with Laura on the price for the car. She was wonderful explaining the total cost and broke down all the costs in an easy and understandable way. I purchased this car as much based on Malcolm and Laura as I did for the car itself. They are that good. And if that was not enough, Gabriel in Finance was a pleasure to work with to finish up,the transaction. Avondale Mazda has rude, pushy, nasty, management I would never recommend Avondale Mazda to any member of the public. I had the worst experience at the dealership with Jesse. I can not believe that he is in a management position. Especially, if this clown is working there. His attitude is lousy. There is no way I would ever give this dealership my business after the experience I have had with Jesse. His attitude was rude, unwelcoming, inappropriate, unprofessional, disrespectful nasty and hateful. Jesse made a very bad impression with me. I will never go back to Avondale Mazda. With horrible credit and little money to put down they someone how found the perfect car for me! Marty didn’t waste time showing me cars I would fall in love with just to tell me I couldn’t get it. He got the boring stuff out of the way first then brought out my options which showed me he cared about my time and I appreciated that. I ended up leaving with a 2016 Dodge Dart which I never even considered as an option when I went in. And after driving now for a couple days I’m stil just so happy with, and appreciative of Marty and i love my new car!
