Great Serivce! I came into service because of a leaking belt tensioner and the service was excellent! The service manager Dexter made sure they had the part in stock for me when I arrived. William was very pleasant and honest. The repair was completed under my extended warranty and he fought to have the belts replaced too because of the leak. I would recommend Avondale Mazda and William for your service needs! More

It was a piece of junk and totally misrepresented as a one owner car. Scott greeted me at the door and from there we looked at the possibilities of what my financials could afford. I left the same day in a brand new 2018 Mazda CX 5. I got A great deal on a beautiful new car. Thank you to Scott Collins and thank you to Mazda! More

Buyer Beware! Bait & Switch! We found a vehicle online on a Sunday. We were told that we could not drive it because it was getting "routine maintenance" in the shop. When we pressed a little harder to figure out why an oil change and tire rotation could take all day. Finally, after 5 hours and multiple phone calls we were told it was major maintenance and we could not drive it due to a safety issue. BUT we were told we could close a deal as they would schedule a test drive and delivery??? (Mind you, this was a used vehicle that they just admitted was in the shop for major maintenance!) We declined and opted to call a few days later to see if it was out of the shop. (This honestly should have been the first red flag) We came in a few days later with every intention of test driving and buying the vehicle advertised for $27,995. When we got to the table things took a dark turn.... The miscellaneous and unexplainable dealer fees that we were required to pay in order to walk out with the vehicle. (We had no trade in and it was a cash deal, so there should be minimal cost) First fee...$1288 for the "Desert Protection Package" which we were told was a dealer fee and how they paid their employees? Second fee...the "dealer document fee" of $398, for processing our paperwork? We had little paperwork to finance! Third fee..."non tax fee" if $757, the story changed so much on this unexplainable fee. We were told it was the city sales tax, which did not make sense as the line item clearly stated it wasn't a tax. Then, when we questioned the fee and refused to pay it without solid evidence it was a tax the salesman stated "I don't really know what it is, I just do what they tell me." Finally, the sales manager came over to tell us it was the tag and title fee. When he informed him we planned to pay our own tag and title at the MVD he stated that he couldn't do that and was required as a dealer to issue us a full tag, not just the temporary one. When I mentioned that I had already called and asked the tag fee from the MVD with the VIN of the vehicle and it was $687, not $757 he had no answer other than "postage." At this point we were done. What looked like a good deal on a vehicle really was a bait and switch. They advertised the low price and then tacked on roughly $2,300 in fees. Which essentially puts the vehicle on par with what most other dealers are offering in the valley, including dealer fees. We walked away annoyed and disappointed. I thought that just maybe those tactics were in the past. What happened to us borderlines deceptive practices and potentially fraud. More
