Would not recommend. I dropped it off yesterday at 10am, was quoted to be 4 hours for the service. I said I was gonna wait in Avondale for my car and to call me when it was ready. NO ONE CALLED. I called at 7am today to ask and they said it would be ready before this afternoon because they didn't have a few parts they needed (even though they should have been prepared since I made an appointment a few weeks ago). They called me around noon and left a voicemail while I was at a work event and just said to call them back, not that the car was ready. I called AGAIN and they said they only finished two of the three recalls because my battery had died and they couldn't even jump it and that I had to either buy a new battery from them or buy one at another place and bring it in before they can do the last service (which I am unable to do because I am without my vehicle). My car was fine when I dropped it off, what did they do to make my battery die? And they said they weren't gonna discount the battery even though they've taken way longer than quoted and no communication about it. I never was offered a loaner car, even though this experience is taking days instead of a few hours. More
