I inquired about a used cx5 that avondale was showcasing on their website for a reasonable price, I negotiated prices and got a clear break down from laura (the sales consultant) I advised laura of my curre on their website for a reasonable price, I negotiated prices and got a clear break down from laura (the sales consultant) I advised laura of my current situation and the status of my credit and advised was I was just pricing different dealerships and had no intentions on driving an hour away to look at the vehicle in person. Laura officially talked me into driving a 45 minute drive around rush hour, as soon as I got there I was able to check out the vehicle only until another sales person told me that the car was already sold, that was red flag number one. The same sales consultant by the name of Tyler was trying to help me (which I truly appreciate) by showing me another cx5 that was priced at 18k which I took interest in but for some reason they would not sell me the car but wanted to stick me in another car (cx3) that was the same price if not more expensive because they were able to get me "approved". I expressed my displeasure with the cx3 as its too small and I was only interested in cx5. After asking why I could not finance the second cx5 that I was shown I was told that the car is way out of my budget and that its now 22k, (crazy how the price jumped so fast in a matter of 3 seconds) I would have given this dealership 3 stars for at least showing me for getting me approved but the time wasting and the miscommunication and information has deserved them a one star.
