We paid cash for our car, brought them a cashiers check. They sat on it for over 3 weeks, we still do not have our license plates or I title. We purchased the car on January 2 and took delivery on January They sat on it for over 3 weeks, we still do not have our license plates or I title. We purchased the car on January 2 and took delivery on January 4th. It took them until January 26 to send in the paperwork for the plates & registration. Guess what we had called them that day to inquire about the status. We have neighbor that paid cash for his car at a different dealership and had his plates & title within 10 days. We paid with cashiers check should not of been a delay. We were told today the sales which are financed get priority. More

Avondale Mazda was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was not planning on a new car for at least the next couple of years but a hit & run accident left me with a totaled car. Since my insurance rented me a car until I found a new one I had the time to do my research on the car I wanted, the dealership & even the salesman. After a few days of deliberation & online shopping I chose Avondale Mazda even though I live in Chandler. I made the best decision possible from my 1st phone conversation with my salesman of choice, John Clount, until I drove off the lot with my 2020 Mazda CX-5. John was so knowledgeable with answering all my questions as I compared the vehicles I was interested in. He was honest, patient, not pushy, so kind & just an all around wonderful human. The entire dealership clapped, cheered & let me hit the big gong when John was able to make the best deal for me with the car I really wanted. No games, no hidden numbers, no Oz behind the curtain stuff. John is a fantastic salesman in every way! Virginia Trumble put her magic together with all the finance & paperwork with a great caring personality & was so easy to work with. I used to say that buying a car was pure torture & not for the weak of heart. I recently drove a friend to 6 dealerships in a day & a half & I would not recommend any of the 6 dealerships or their sales teams to anyone. I want to thank John, Virginia, the entire sales team & even the ownership of this dealership who all made me feel valued & important as their customer. John sat in my new car with me for over 45 minutes & went over every detail of my car. He called a couple of days later to check in to see if I had any questions & said I could call him anytime if a question came up. Now that's what I call customer service! I have told so many people about my great experience there & will continue to recommend Avondale Mazda & John C (& Virginia) to anyone who wants a fantastic car buying experience. I don't usually write reviews as I expect there to be good customer service when I buy something, but when something like this exceeds my every expectation, it is meant to be shared! Upon arrival at the service center, I was met promptly and the car details were taken with all work covered that providing great convenience for me.
