From start to finish the interaction with every employee was professional, friendly and accurate. Great communication by everyone in updating us in each step throughout the online purchasing process. The only area of improvement for this dealership (which has NOTHING to do with the sales or customer service people) would be on Internet listing transparency. There were certain enhancements to the vehicle that were not optional/reversible (already installed) that were not listed and theses upcharges were not included in the advertised price. The amounts were not insignificant. Although this was a surprise, we always had the option to walk away. I feel it is irrelevant if other dealers in the area do the same thing, this can start a negotiation off on a sour note. Our sales person was able to make another concession to partially offset the disparity. More
