I am the proud owner of a CX-3 Mazda that I purchased from Horne Mazda Avondale. My family suggested that I look into the Mazda line of vehicles because of their high safety rating. I saw my vehicle online and Adrian Alvarez, their Internet Manager, was very helpful to me through the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was making a good choice. In addition Nick Nicholas, their Sales Manager, was very helpful explaining everything step by step. They followed up several times after I had possession of my car to make sure all was good and I was happy with my decision. I would highly recommend Horne Mazda Avondale! More
This has been the best dealership, especially the Service Department, I have ever experienced. Ken the Service Manager and Jacob The Senior Tech were everything you could hope for, sincere, professionally experienced and clearly people you want to work with. They spoke to us like friends. My wife had purchased several parts from the parts department in the recent past for work we did at home and Matt was like everyone else there pleasant and professional. We recently had some issues with her 99 Miata (it's her 3rd since that's the only car (a 99) she wants to drive). Fairly low mileage in excellent condition. We have owned 50+ vehicles (including 6 Mazda s) in the course of our lives and are both very mechanically experienced but are to old to want to perform that type of work. We had called another Mazda dealership for an estimate of the same work and found that Horne Mazda was ~10% less! It is worth noting that when I read the previous reviews of Horne Mazda none of the people in those reviews are still there. There has been a large change from the former staff. I just cannot say enough good about them other than we are sold on this dealership because of the quality of the people, the work and how quickly it was all accomplished. It has been a big relief for us to have found a place we can trust. More

The General Manager Kim Yett is not to be trusted. Mr. Yett talks down to customers, very unprofessional and needs to learn to listen. Mr. Yett claimed he would honor a voucher from the previous management, but ended up charging more for the part before giving the discount. This is what happened to me, I ordered a part after he approved the $50 voucher. Numerous problems occurred delaying the installation. I was working with Troy (Exceptional employee by the way), to get a bumper guard. Unfortunately, the day of service Troy was unavailable and I had to deal with another service rep and Mr. Yett once again. The service rep called me after installation and told me my bill was around $201. I asked if the $50 voucher was applied and she said no. To make a long story short when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I explained all the previous encounters and that my voucher was approved. After waiting over 15 minutes for the service rep to talk to Mr. Yett, he came out all haughty, said he would approve the voucher but denied previous approval. So I thanked him once again and went to pay my bill. The service rep charged me $198. I asked her how was $201 - $50 = $198. She shrugged her shoulders and gave me a new invoice with a higher charge and said see they deducted $50. It doesn't take a brain scientist to do the math. However, there were other customers waiting and I didnt want to make a scene. I figured if I got a survey I would deal with this via feedback. I got the survey and gave them a 1 out of 10 on this service and reported it was shady and no integrity. Can you believe I actually received an email from Mr. Yett, I may post elsewhere, telling me that he didn't feel it was right I gave them a 1 after he approved the $50 voucher, which he didn't have to and probably shouldn't have since I was not happy and could not believe I called him shady. First of all rest assured he did not give me $50 off, more like $3, because he added $48 to the price of the part before deducting $50. Hmmmmm, does anyone else think that fits into the category of being dishonest and shady? Beware if you go to this dealership. More
Called ahead because we were driving from the east side to confirm they had the vehicle we were looking for. We had emailed back and forth prior and they quoted a price for the car we wanted and when we g to confirm they had the vehicle we were looking for. We had emailed back and forth prior and they quoted a price for the car we wanted and when we got there the truth comes out the the jerk had the audacity to say that he just told us that price to get us in there. They wasted our time 1.5 hours round trip. They are garbage stay away they are super aggressive and disrespectful. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
This dealership is not trustworthy.
