I went a few days ago and had Chris as my service advisor and all of a sudden it seemed multiple things were "red" and needing replacement and when the he checked after I wasn't okay with the results from the inspection had found the results weren't needing immediate attention. I attempted to view the inspection video and it was not available. More

Although they worked out a deal with me, to my surprise the salesman I originally spoke with and made an appointment with never came in to make the sale, they had another salesman help me.
