The day I came in, Josh wasn’t there but David was available to help me. He joked around with me and answered all the questions I had. My new service advisor Maria was also very pleasant to speak with. I gotta say, my overall experience was very great. More

I’ve been coming to this dealership since 2012 when I purchased my very first Mazda, the car I was wanting for years. Over the years I’ve seen lots of changes since I’m on my fourth Mazda 3. My experi purchased my very first Mazda, the car I was wanting for years. Over the years I’ve seen lots of changes since I’m on my fourth Mazda 3. My experience when purchasing my fourth Mazda 3 from this dealership was bad, it was like nobody cared or wanted to work. I ended up in Tempe at Horne Mazda purchasing my 2018. I’ve continued to go back to Avondale Mazda for service since it’s closer. I’ve seen a change still in the dealership. Then when it was sold and purchased by Horne Mazda I was happy and looking forward to great things. To my disappointment, things continue to go down. It seems like staffing is an issue. Always new faces. Always letting them know I have a service plan and all the usual stuff. Yesterday I had an appointment for service, I was on time. I sat for an hour and my car still hasn’t moved, after an hour and fifteen minutes had to let them know I have another appointment at noon. If you can’t get to my car, let me know and I will reschedule. I can’t be late to my appointment that’s why I scheduled this. I’m guessing they rushed through my service hoping everything was done as it should and not even getting a car wash. In my opinion, I may have to look elsewhere to get my service done. Very disappointing with yesterday’s events. More
