Poor customer service. No greeting, no attention to detail. They don’t attach coupons for services, instead they charge you full price or ask to see were you got a price from. The video of the multi point inspection needs a lot of improvement. I was shown tire wear, break pad condition and cv boot condition. No battery check, no tire pressure in and out check, no light check. The customer experience needs help! If you want loyal customers, you need to revisit the experience that your dealerships provide.
