Garret gave me his personal cell number in case I needed to ask any questions and would often text me to give me updated about my car. He also was very friendly and did not get irritated when I had several questions. 10/10 He was the only good part of my experience with Horne Mazda After I picked up my car after it was done being fixed my car floor mats were very dirty the paper used in the car as a mat was also ripped up and dirty and my steering wheel was dirty. Also I had to bring my car back twice before the original issue was fixed. I brought it in for an alignment and the first two times that it was "fixed" it was worse than originally before I had brought it in. The third time I brought it I was told it wasn't done correctly because I needed control arms replaced for a while but some how the service department didn't notice the first two times I brought my car in and then they refused to give me a discount since it was their fault and they knew that when they were "done with repairs" the first two times it still was done incorrectly and my steering wheel was completely sideways. More
