Their nice and some employees are friendly, but never true to their words/spreading misinformation, I came in on Friday February 18th, for my first oil change that was supposed to be free, but the repres true to their words/spreading misinformation, I came in on Friday February 18th, for my first oil change that was supposed to be free, but the representative in service said my info is not in the system, so they got the sales guy who I bought my car to told me he never said that, and the thing is I never said the sales guy told me I was getting a free oil change, I said the financial person told me I get a free oil change service for my first time, that’s when I was locking in the deal and adding all the other stuff on my car like gap, the sales guy then said they stop giving out free oil change for first time service 2 months ago, I got my car 6 months ago, I don’t trust this dealership, especially since they said my information is not in their system, even hearing that threw me off, made me feel they do not value their customers after the purchase, they only care on sales, I even call ahead of time to speak with service with issues on not finding my info their system when requesting for service and they ended up putting me on hold and I could still hear them talking to their fellow employees talking about nonsense so I hanged up and registered service as a new customer and even requested that the service team to contact me but no one did, so in the end I say avoid this place, they don’t value their customers but only to themselves. More
