Just another Kia dealership that smiles to your face and stabs you in the back. They'll tell you anything to sell a car. Defective engines, recall on connecting rods, possibly of catching fire and of easily being stolen. Also transmission and electrical issues. Lowballed my trade when I said another Kia offered me X amount so they seemed to take that as a challenger and offer me $2k less. Car I was looking at had quite a few exterior imperfections and when I pointed them out he said he could find something wrong with my car if he looked at it too. Won't find curbed wheels, busted windshield, or multiple chipped paint spots on my car like the their used car but I'm sure he would've tried. You get stonewalled if you try to negotiate at all on price. Seems like all dealers are turning into AutoNation but don't have AutoNation pricing. Such a joke and waste of time going there More

Horne Kia service has always been great. Came in on 08/25/23 for apptmt with Mike B. and was to he was out. They had Todd Zamboni help me. He quoted me $469 for the 60000 mile package which is what I signed up for online when making my appointment. I asked to not have wipers changed because I just paid $40.00 for new wipers. He said he would just give me a set of wipers to have installed when I need them again. When I picked up car he mumbled through what they did and said they changed wipers. When I said he told me they would not change them he said oh I forgot to tell them. When I went to pay the girl said $606.00. I was astounded since I was quoted $469.00. When I asked Todd why I was charged more than quote he lied and said he quoted me $590. Although it cost me over $100 more than quote it will cost Horne Kia more. I work with the public and will be sure to let everyone know how Horne Kia operates. Todd Zamboni should learn how to treat people instead of scamming them. More
