This is the second KIA that I have owned and I love it!!! However this is the first time I feel that the salesman went above and beyond his roll. Horne Kia was the fourth dealership I had been working with. I made offers for a 2012 Kia Soul at Mark Kia, Sands Kia and Nick Mayer. Mark Kia turned me down. The negotiation process was very low key and we walked away feeling it was a good deal for both us and the dealership. Mr. Vopat(sales) was very knowledgable as to the workings of the vehicle we chose and took the time on two separate occasions to demonstrate to both of us how the different features in the vehicle worked. He has also followed up with us to make sure there were no problems and reiterated that we could contact him at any time if we needed anything. My husband and i went in to Horne Kia to trade in his truck for a car. This was not easy to do. But our sales guy, Joe Freeman was wonderful!!
