I had no intention of purchasing a car on this visit but after spending time with Floyd and test driving a few vehicles and largely because of Floyd's salesmanship style and no pressure at all to make a purchase I decided to stop looking at other Brands and purchased a KIA. He was a pleasure to work with and a true gentleman. When it came time to finish the purchase I met Diego in the finance department and again no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want to after receiving a complete explanation of options and prices. Diego was thorough and prompt at what he does and I was out in no time at all but not before Floyd was waiting out in my new car and answered and explained all of the technology in my new car. The next day I received a text and a phone call from Floyd just following up to thank me again for my business and to see if I had any questions. I know what the Horne family is about and their expectations of their employees and how customers are to be treated. We were not disappointed! Alain Duval spent literally hours with my husband in answering questions he had as how the lease option worked and exactly where all of the money was allocated. Our salesperson, Sandra Gonzalez, stayed with us for those hours and made sure that we were satisfied with our experience. We were probably the only people that she worked with that day!
