She really knew her product and was so warm and friendly we immediately felt at ease. We struck a great deal and we were very pleased. Since we were out of state residents Nissa Stuhmer went above and beyond to make sure that we had all the necessary paperwork to take back to SD with us for tax and licensing. We already love our new Kia Optima and the special hugs from Barbara! ?? More
Took car into service department for recall work In my 47 years of driving and buying cars I have never had a worse experience or been treated so badly. I took my brand new 2016 Kia Sorento LX in for recall repair. I got my vehicle back damaged by the service department and no one wanted to correct this. I was only told to use my insurance. I have worked for 50 years with the public and never would any of the places I work have treated a customer so poorly. The service manage was rude and condescending I may be older and a women but I am not stupid. Please there is many other service departments in this state of Arizona for Kia go to a different one I rate this one a -10. You will be disappointed. More

Tried to get there for hours finally showed up 40 minutes before they closed and he still spent time showing me various models and getting my credit report already pre-approved. I went to four other Kia dealers and ended up returning to Horne Kia. I truly feel like I am part of the Horne Kia family. More

What a mess, We almost didn't go to Horne Kia after the other experience. What a positive difference. Barbra was great, really knew her product (I was in the back seat fact checking on my iPad as my wife drive. When it came time to settle on a price, it was great right off. I ask for some concessions, some I got and some I didn't. I never thought being told no could feel so good. They had good reasons and didn't lie or blow smoke. The deal we struck was really good and have not had a moments buyers remorse. Truly a great place to by a car. More

I have never dealt with a more horrible service department, the initial representative Josh had no idea about what he was talking about and had to immediately defer to his manager "Jimmy". Jimmy was rude, disrespectful, and even hung up on me at the end of the call. They refused to do the right thing by the customer and refused to let me talk with anyone else including the sales department. At one point he was bragging how great their dealership is and they are opening a 15 million dollar dealership and that I should be impressed. Do yourself a favor and don't go here as they won't take care of your vehicle and you will walk away unimpressed and severely disappointed. More

Had spoke with Mike online and he is the salesman that sold us a car today. Everyone there especially Mike was so friendly. They had just moved locations and could not tell. Everything ran so smoothly and no pressure at all. In the future when we need another car, there is no where else to look except Horne Kia. More
Excellent Experience - I was lookkng for the new 2016 Kia Sorento. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted - Sorento, 2016, EX-V6. This was not my first Kia. I was lookkng for the new 2016 Kia Sorento. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted - Sorento, 2016, EX-V6. This was not my first Kia. I also have an Optima. So naturally, I went to the dealtership where I had purchased the previous Kia's. What a mistake! Apparently, management has changed. I felt like I was intruding on their time. I will say this though. The salesman I talked to very helpful, but the sales manager was more interested in watching the Super Bowl News Media Day. After two hours, I walked out, nothing and I mean nothing was done to help me with my search. Maybe this explains why the dealership was void of customers both in the showroom and service area. So I went to Horne Kia. What a difference! As soon as I walked into the Dealership, I was greeted by Mike Freeman. He was very professional and treated me as a valued customer. Long story short - I found exactly what i wanted,. Horne offered me a fair price for my 2012 Sorento and a fair price for the new 2016 Sorento. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the courtesy, and respect shown to me. I drove out at the end of the day with my 2016 Sorento EX-V6. Horne Kia has my business.
