Other than an unusually long wait to get to financing (because they were so busy) the whole experience was excellent. Actually my salesman (Dave Z) got me lunch because the wait was so long. Oil change for my 2015 Kia Soul I had my 2nd oil change for my Soul and had an appointment at 10:30. I met with Crystal Haro, and she helped get me checked in. She found that my batt I had my 2nd oil change for my Soul and had an appointment at 10:30. I met with Crystal Haro, and she helped get me checked in. She found that my battery was low, and told me that I could get a new one at N/C. I appreciated that, because since I live in AZ, I do not want to have a dead battery in the middle of the summer. She gave me an estimated time on when the work would be completed, and it was done right as expected, with no delays. She's definitely a keeper! More

New Kia owner I recently purchased a used 2015 Kia soul. I brought it in to horne kia for a routine oil change. When I was told the dealer who sold the vehicle had I recently purchased a used 2015 Kia soul. I brought it in to horne kia for a routine oil change. When I was told the dealer who sold the vehicle had not changed 2 important filters there was a discrepancy between the 2 dealerships.The service manager at horne kia, Jimmy Powell stepped in. He listened, went to the service center to see for himself, and decided to take care of the filters for me. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. He assured me if I have any problems in the future I can go directly to him. More
Refreshing experience, finally! I'll keep this short, but do want to highlight a couple of people at Horne Kia of Gilbert for making a daunting task pleasant. First, car dealersh I'll keep this short, but do want to highlight a couple of people at Horne Kia of Gilbert for making a daunting task pleasant. First, car dealerships give us all the same feeling in our gut and the idea of engaging with a car salesman... probably makes you wonder what other forms of self-torture you would prefer to endure instead. Our experience at Horne Kia plain and simple have changed how we look at car shopping/buying. Our "tour guide" as he put it, Ricky Lopez was a young but well spoken PROFESSIONAL. We had as much knowledge about the vehicle we planned on buying that the Internet offered to us... Including the infamous "internet price" that you never seem to get. Ricky not only explained every feature that we cared about in a way that seemed almost custom tailored, but also explained some other details of the model that we had not even considered. Amazing and the type of service I would really only expect out of a luxury level purchase. Two words to describe Ricky; transparent and efficient. The "man behind the curtain" that gives you too little for your trade and could care less about your budget was an unexpected breath of fresh air, also. Now, normally I only deal with a salesman and then finally the loan department. This time, the manager (Justin) was involved throughout the visit. I was thanked initially for my visit, then again upon returning back to the dealership from the road test to see how we both liked it and then again before we drove off in our new car. It made the whole process like dealing with friends, not sales people. Nissa was very patient particularly with my wife during our final signing of the paperwork. Normally, I know that we will be signing paperwork for an hour due to my wife being thorough and reading every line of type... Nissa answered all of our questions so clearly and confidently that it eased so many of the nerves you expose when spending tens of thousands of dollars! Thank you Horne Kia, Ricky, Nissa and Justin. We look forward to our first service and also the survey from JD power or the manufacturer to relay the satisfaction we both feel by having dealt with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff! We will be back! (Just hopefully not too soon, cars are not getting any cheaper!! ) More
