I was so impressed with the way the Optima protected me in the crash that I wanted the same car again. The sales staff worked with me to make this happen. Since purchasing my second Optima all service work has been performed by their service department, in addition I have purchased tires and battery here. I've found the service department to be competitively priced, friendly a prompt. The new showroom and waiting area is clean and comfortable and a pleasant place to be. When I've left the car for service rides to and from the dealership have been provided without delay. My car is always returned clean and properly serviced. More

We had a budget for payment that we were looking for along with a good trade in for our 2014 Honda Odyssey. Our sales guy was good. He was able to respect our price range and budget that we needed to keep to. He showed us the several vehicles that could provide us that. We fell in love with one vehicle but after long night and back and forth conversations they just could not budge on the interest rate. It was much higher than we expected with a great credit score. Additionally they just could not match the trade in value that we got from another dealership with excellent interest rate so Kia lost our business in less than 24 hours. More
People are great services could be better I took my car and they had it for 24 hours due to my schedule, I asked them to vacuum not done, wiper fluid wasnt even filled for 140$ I got an oil ch I took my car and they had it for 24 hours due to my schedule, I asked them to vacuum not done, wiper fluid wasnt even filled for 140$ I got an oil change and my brand new wiper blades replaced (I did not ask for that mine where very nice and expensive ones I'm sure the mechanic is enjoying on his car). I told them when I needed the car but I had to call to make sure it was done. If I didn't want services done at the dealership I wouldn't go back. The people are fine but it always feels so rushed and Incomplete. More
Charged me for 1.5hrs labor, done 10 mins. work I went to have a problem with my door lock not locking when I pushed the button on my ley. I was told it would cost $66 for the evaluation of the problem. After it had been evaluated, I was told the problem was the Junction box assy (IPM) and would take 1.5 hrs to replace it. I watched through their waiting room window of the service floor. It took the mechanic 10 mins. to replace it but they charged me for 1.5 hrs.($198). When I confronted the service manager about this. His reply was basically: 'that's the way it is' Lesson: if you take your car to this location, watch through window all work done and then check labor charges. More

A little disappointed My wife and i helped our daughter with her first car. We bought a Scion TC from Horne Kia. It was used and the car was in good condition. Our salesperson was Barbara Bloss and she is the main reason the dealership got any stars at all. She was fantastic and sweetheart of a lady to our family. We went into Horne Kia with our own financing. Our own financing. No haggling, nothing. We knew the car we wanted and just needed to see it and drive it. Our daughter was excited. We arrived at 5:05 pm. My daughter test drove it and we told The dealership we will take it. That was about 5:20 pm. We had our own financing. Yes , I repeated myself because we did not see finance until 7:20 pm. The place was not busy . There was 1 more sale and another couple looking for a car but they were with a salesperson. I did not say anything because I did not want to ruin my daughters night for her first car. Once we drove home, my wife said they forgot to fill it up. I thought , ok, they forgot. I talked to the Internet sales manager Eric Soto. He said we only fill up Certified Pre Owned and new cars. I did not know a dealership would be that cheap! I forgot to mention we drove an 1 hour to get there. We live in Surprise,Az. I am big on customer service. They may seem like small things but waiting 2 hours for financing when you are pre approved thru your own bank , driving an hour to get there, and not showing a thank you for buying a car and filling up the fast tank. It would have cost them maybe $15.00 in gas. Thank you Barbara for being very nice. You were great. The rest . Enough a said. I will not go back again! More
