First let me tell you that I didn't have an appointment on the day I went in and I had been talking to Barbara only through emails. And was scheduled on another day When I went in even though she had so many people she was helping she took the time to help me. She even helped accelerate the process as much as she could because I was on a time constraint. This by far was the best car buying process I have ever went through. I recommend Barbara Bloss to anyone who wants an amazing car buying experience thank you again for all your help and I LOVE my new optima More
Fantastic Experience! We were looking to buy our son's first car, so along with an assortment of choices, we had a lot of questions. From the time we entered the Horne Kia dealership, everyone was friendly, easy going and responsive. Our salesperson was Barbara Bloss, and she was knowledgeable and understanding as she answered all our questions. She also gave us plenty of time even though she knew we were just looking, as our son was making the final purchase decision. When we went back to the dealership with our son, it was time for her to answer all of his questions, which she did. In addition, General Manager Joshua Bauman and his entire team were great to work with, and they made our son's first-car-buying experience truly memorable. Thank you Horne Kia, Joshua, and Barbara! Everything went smoothly! David explained incentives, financing & all the extras. The whole process from the time I arrived at the dealership til I drove out with my new Soul was less than 3 hours!! I sent an email after receiving pricing of a car I was interested in, telling Josh I would like to meet up and purchase the car, I got back a rude and condescending email pretty much telling me to go away and choose not to do business with the dealership. At this point I will not ever consider doing business with this dealership ever and I will make sure that anyone that asks me about it knows what happened. Sad part of this review is that if you look into the people causing the most bad reviews, its the Sales manager AL and the GM Joshua.... maybe the owners should pay a little more attention. More
Best car buying experience EVER! Barbara Blosson is an amazing salesperson. She was very low-key and didn't push at all. She thoroughly answered all our questions. We left her dealership to "think about it" two days ago. We ended up going back today and bought our car. But not before a nightmare experience at a different dealer. We went the next day to look at the exact same car at a different dealership. What a difference. We went from peace to chaos. The other dealer played with numbers and somehow made a $6000 "mistake" when they converted the amount financed to payments. The sales guy actually told me he wasn't sure what it was but it was probably tax and license. $6000 t&l on a $28,000 car???? I don't think so. They fixed the "mistake" and we were going to come back the next day to buy the car because it was a better deal. When we got home we realized that the VIN number in the paperwork didn't match the VIN number on his business card and not only was it the wrong VIN, it was for a Sorrento L, not the LX. Was this a bait and switch by the other dealer? When I called him about it, I was told it was another "mistake". I told him my xx meter was going crazy and I no longer had trust in him or his dealership. We went back to Barbara and told her we wanted the same car, same color, and what the price and financing were at the other dealer. She didn't match their price and financing, she beat it. With ZERO haggling. And we were given better accessories at a better price. She presented us the numbers, we agreed, we bought the car. EASY. PEACEFUL. PLEASANT. When we met the business manager, Jarvis, we were once again pleasantly surprised. What a delightful man. Once again, peace, not chaos. Once again, no pressure. We were offered things and with no pressure allowed to make informed decisions. We zipped through the paperwork and the only disappointment was not having more time to spend with such a great guy, with a great sense of humor,a man of obvious integrity. Back to the other dealership...the guy bragged about their integrity right before he made expensive "mistakes" that seemed more like we were being cheated. If you have to brag about integrity, because it isn't apparent by your business practices, maybe you should just be quiet. Jarvis didn't mention integrity...he oozed it. We were walked out to our new car, beautifully detailed, full tank of gas, with giant smiles on our faces. Best car buying experience EVER. I'm actually glad we had the nightmare the day before, it gave us a huge point of comparison. More

They will scam you. They trick you with so many numbers and get you into a contract at a high risk loan no matter what your credit score. I was stressed and in a bind. But after talking to my bank my credit score was excellent. Does matter to Horne Kia. They had me in a high risk Loan to guarantee themselves that u HAVE to buy that car. They lied to me and told me I had high risk credit when I just closed on a house. High risk credit? Arizona does not have a Lemon Law or a Cooling Off Period! Others dealers were offering the same car for $8,000.00 to $9,000.00 with 34,000 miles with a Certified Warranty and Horne Kia sold me a car with twice the miles at $17,000.00 with no warranty. Please, Please, Please learn from my experience. Do not do business with them one iota! Thanks to my credit union I got 2.25% and helped me tremendously. I was far from high risk. Tow branch managers at two different banks BOTH were stunned at the contract Kia was holding me to. It was never an issue with the car or the Kia brand but the shoddy service and crooks I was dealing with. Horne Kia is a sham! Nissa Juarez who is the finance manager was aweful. I told her what comes around goes around and the universe has something in store for her. As my husband reminded him of the quote he responded, did you get it in writing?(No) he told us to come back midweek but not to tell anyone. Everyone was very helpful in finding the right car to fit our budget. After test driving a few cars we found a great car that our daughter was very happy with. Then off to finance we met with Jarvis Newman to finish off out deal. Jarvis was very nice, and explained everything just right in a way that was very easy to understand. He made the finance process very simple, and got us going in a timely manner. Thank You to Jarvis Newman, and all the staff that made this a great car buying experience for us.
