Excellent service with trade in! Roxana Fador helped me with a motorcycle trade in. When I arrived she was very helpful in selecting a pre-owned vehicle. The salesperson who greeted my upon my arrival was Roxana Everett with a smile on her face. That smile never left: she was as pleasant as can be throughout the showing of the car. I liked the car, and during the negotiation process Barbara Bloss joined us. While businesslike, Barbara was equally pleasant. Yes, I bought the car, never once feeling any pressure to buy. I've been buying cars for over 50 years, and I can't recall any better experience! I live over 50 miles from Horne, but when it's time to buy another Kia, I'll bypass closer dealerships and return to Roxana, Barbara, and Horne. More
