LIARS, LIARS, LIARS I have never more more disappointed and more pissed off at anything like I was today. We went to Horne Kia to see a used car they had for sale, Malik was our salesman, house liar, we to and more pissed off at anything like I was today. We had been pre approved by our bank and we had a set amount down and a trade in, right away he came back and said he could do it, he lied! He told us we would be less out the door than we had offered only like $30 less but less, he lied. I could give them negative 10 stars I would, we wasted so much time there it was ridiculous, he kept bringing us papers to initial and we would ask him and read the paper which wasn’t really clear to n what it meant but we were preapproved for our loan and they ran our credit after saying they wouldn’t cause we were pre approved already by our bank so Malik had no reason to run our credit but he did cause he was trying to get us to sign off on a higher loan amount , Malik lied and lied and lied again! It was aunt until the financial person came in and was explaining our payment amount and we told him that was wrong, then Malik thought if he brought us a print out from Kelley blue book about what it was worth at the highest like 32000 but they advertised it for $25409, we offered 24500 out the door he tried to get us to pay $29511 or something like that. I will definitely tell everyone I know and all of you who check google reviews, run from this place they lie!! More

Thought we had a deal on a EV6 at MSRP no dealer adds but as car was arriving tried to charge me $2500 in dealer adds. Said its "required" on every car---- and they do it on every car--well not on mine!!! as car was arriving tried to charge me $2500 in dealer adds. Had worked a great deal. Almost to the end brought final paperwork all numbers changed. Dealing with Horne Kia was the worst experience I've had trying to purchase car in over twenty years. I asked multiple times(including to the GM) if the Internet price (showing a 2158 discount) was correct trying to purchase car in over twenty years. I asked multiple times(including to the GM) if the Internet price (showing a 2158 discount) was correct or if there would be additional fees when I came in. After about two weeks someone finally did answer yes it was accurate, but I had to finance the car and have a trade in. But I still couldn't get a clear answer from them on the final numbers and after coming in to work the numbers I saw why. Well after being made to sit around for an hour and a half I saw why. Those extra dealer options that I don't want add up to over 3k so nearly a 20% price increase from what is quoted on the web!! As for the trade in I was offered 4k on a car I had a 6700 quote in hand from Carvana on. Of course while we are discussing the numbers my keys and title are being held in the back for I'm sure a "legitimate" reason I can't even begin to fathom. I'm really sad that the current market has emboldened you to bring back these dishonest used cars sales tactics! More
