The Worst Service Department EVER! They tell you that since your car is an older model it will take weeks for the parts to come in. They keep the car for over 2 months. As soon as we They tell you that since your car is an older model it will take weeks for the parts to come in. They keep the car for over 2 months. As soon as we drove it off the lot we noticed the tire rods were the wrong ones, the ABS system part didn't work, they connected the rear washing fluid to the front. The price quoted was way off, but they told us they gave us a great deal. WE had to bring it back to have the work performed correctly; and said only a week this time....that was a lie too! Each time you call, you get a different story! Excuses after excuses! This is THE WORST service department I have ever encountered. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE...I would recommend driving the 3 hours to Phoenix and have it done there! More
