Last Friday on October 19, 2024 I had an appointment at this dealership. I was promptly greeted by a salesman as I entered the showroom. We went over what I was looking for in a used car. I was offered a 2018 Toyota RAV 4 at a reasonable price. After a test drive they were able to get me financed. A short time later I was on my way with my purchase. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I recommend Hornbeck Chevrolet as a great place to look for a good clean used car. More

I went in to purchase a 2022 tesla model 3 long range which was advertised at $24,999. Ronda assured me via text it would qualify for the used ev tax credit. When I was about to buy the car the salesman presented an invoice with a $1195 ceramic coating and a $2995 wheel and tire warranty. Both of these items were mandatory fees. I was then presented with another invoice that listed the price of the car at $28995 without these fees. Unsurprisingly, there were 4 other customers during my visit who were misle and loudly complaining. More

I wasted at least3 1/2 hrs. traveling to this dealership. I was greeted by a secretary and was handed off to a (?) salesman. The salesman tried to cover the fact the can had been in a accident and poorly repaired, the 3 other cars he showed us were all dirty, and damaged. Also the salesman failed to even introduce himself. It seemed that all these cars had just come in from an auction, never cleaned up, or ( as the salesman said certified). After a few out of line comments from the salesman( who finally gave us his name Dam I believe) we left! Total experience was totally unprofessional and a waste of our time. I would never recommend Hornbeck Chevrolet to any of my friends!! More
