Windshield replacement, recalibration, and B12 service Terry and Mark were extremely helpful and made the windshield replacement process a pleasant one. Terry kept me up to date on how the work was going, Terry and Mark were extremely helpful and made the windshield replacement process a pleasant one. Terry kept me up to date on how the work was going, gave me real-time insight on other work that needed to be completed in the near future, and was able to provide me with a loaner car while the work was taking place. This allowed me to utilize the shop at Hopkin’s Acura to proactively pursue keeping my MDX completely safe and roadworthy, and I was able to get back to work and normal life while they took care of everything. I ended up authorizing replacement of 4 tires and alignment in addition to the windshield replacement, camera recalibration, and B12 service, and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. A huge thanks to Terry and Mark for helping me deal with the less than helpful insurance adjuster assigned to my case, and everything else while my car was being serviced at Hopkin’s. great experience I took my car into Hopkins Acura for an oil change and to get the driver's side door lock fixed. Terry was very attentive to my description of what wa I took my car into Hopkins Acura for an oil change and to get the driver's side door lock fixed. Terry was very attentive to my description of what wasn't working. He called me once to give me an update on the repair and a second time to tell me the car was ready.
