When I picked up my car, he sat with me for about 40 minutes and helped me set up my bluetooth connection, configure my car’s settings, etc.. he even told me that if I were to text him asking for help, he’d send me personalized “how to” videos... he just went WAY above and beyond and made me feel very confident in my decision to lease an Acura. I’d definitely recommend this particular dealership but, more specifically, I’d happily recommend Artur to any of my family/friends looking to buy a new car. Thank you, Artur! More

We agreed on model, color and price over the phone and the ne After running into problems at another Acura dealer I contacted Artur at Hopkins Acura. We agreed on model, color and price over the phone and the next day met at the dealership to consummate the transaction. Artur went out of his way to explain the features on the car and make the transaction as easy as possible. He spent about 45 minutes showing me all the features on the car after I took delivery. After I got the car home and realized I still had several questions about all the electronics on the car, I texted him my questions and he promptly sent short videos explaining what I needed to do to answer my question. This has happened several times in the last week and may continue in the future. Artur has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and wants to make his clients as happy as possible. I certainly am one who will go to him in the future. More

I’ll stay away from this deal I pinned the deal with the sales via email negotiation and guess what? The day I went in to sign the deal, they added on $5 for the monthly payment. My mobile was dead by the way I signed the contract so I asked the sales at least twice that I was not sure the number was right but he assured me yes. I trusted his words and signed the document. When I went back home, I checked our emails and confirmed they did overcharged me. I called back and the dealer told me l’ve signed the agreement so they won’t do anything. I told them I’ll file legal lawsuit and give a bad review, then they said they’ll reimburse me. Then I realized by ‘reimbursement’, they only offered floor mats. So I asked for either check or other accessory options. The next day they told me they won’t offee accessories due to my ‘threat’ of bad review. More
