Look for another dealer I have dealt with this dealership for several vehicle purchases, but the new ownership that took over in the Spring of 2015, is TERRIBLE. There is lit I have dealt with this dealership for several vehicle purchases, but the new ownership that took over in the Spring of 2015, is TERRIBLE. There is little in the way of follow up to concerns I had over items I ordered when I purchase my last vehicle from the dealership. I had to call weekly for three months before one piece was ordered. The trim that was supposed to be installed on my truck before I purchased was never ordered and I finally purchased it and had it installed at my own expense. Both items were part of the "We Owe You" document signed by the dealer. The service department is also sub par. I received a call about my Jeep and that the parts had not come in yet. I do not own a Jeep, but my parents do and they made the trip to the dealership to find out that the recall part was not in stock. I received the call at 930 and their appointment was at 10. its a 30 minute drive to the dealer. I am really not very picky about customer service and I actually instruct people on customer service. But I have begun using this dealer as an example of what not do. I just want to make sure people who look at reviews take the time to find a better dealer than this. It is a shame because the customer service with the previous owner (Dick Read) was excellent More
