Being they are the only authorized GM warranty dealership on the island I had to take my Cobalt into them for repairs. I was quoted for all this work that needed to be done out of warranty, but the warranty on the island I had to take my Cobalt into them for repairs. I was quoted for all this work that needed to be done out of warranty, but the warranty work I needed (starting problem) they could not find any problem. They ripped me off out of over $500 when I went in for warranty work only. I later found out their service writer (didn't get his name-he was not very good at his job and wasn't very friendly) is paid off of commission. On warranty work they make minimal so that is why they wanted to get me to pay for the work instead. These folks are CROOKS-STAY AWAY!!! More
