Brought my brand new 2021 Sierra in for a fog light that was broken when I bought the truck. I was told to schedule on the week day so someone would be there to diagnose the reason the fog light did not wor was broken when I bought the truck. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am on a Friday and was told it should be done by end of day. I called around 1:45 for an update and was told no one had even looked at my truck yet and they would call back round 3 with updates. I showed up around 3:15-3:30 and my truck still has not been looked at. They did get me a rental which was helpful but I drive SUVs and trucks because of back and hip issues. It was painful/uncomfortable for me driving a car. I figured I could tough it out for a day but there was no way I would make it multiple days in a low vehicle. I was also told on the weekends they only do oil changes so leaving my truck there sat and sun was not an option especially because the night before there was a break in. Cops were there when I dropped off dusting for finger prints. Not an ideal situation and not their fault but I don’t want to leave my property there just to sit if nothing is getting done. Staff was friendly and kind but it seems they need to hire more people for diagnostics. On the sales side they need to ensure everything works. This is the first time I’ve gotten a brand new vehicle and had to take it to the shop a couple of weeks after purchasing. I noticed the light didn’t work a couple of days after purchasing. More
Even though I make appointments a head of time, I end up spending time in the waiting room waiting for someone to work on my car. I like Cadillac but will not buy another because the service is too slow and spending time in the waiting room waiting for someone to work on my car. Samantha was awesome! She was able to reset my WiFi so I could use the internet in my car. My WiFi was set to Cadillac Cue and as I was no longer with onstar I could not use my phone while I was in my car could use the internet in my car. My WiFi was set to Cadillac Cue and as I was no longer with onstar I could not use my phone while I was in my car for over a year! My car was immaculate and clean when I got it back, my radio is working and the car is running fine! More
