Rating for GM policy of making trash batteries and then not having a warranty and charging $400+ for a new battery of the same "quality" .. Service department was excellent. I arrived before my scheduled appointment and my vehicle was completed in less than two hours. No one seems to be there until well past 8am... so not too sure why they allow people to book 730 appts... took more than 2 hours early appointments.
