I have been a Cadillac owner for 17 years Sales is average at best. It may be because it is the only show in town perhaps giving the employees a sense of entitlement. The client advisors do not do a good job communicating. It is extremely challenging to get an update of the status of your vehicle. They will do the bare minimum to assist customers. I do not and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunately, I don’t have a choice to use them living on an island. More

I have been going here for years and the service is always poor. They have a high turnover with their service advisors. Therefore, you never have the same person. If there were other Cadillac dealers always poor. They have a high turnover with their service advisors. Therefore, you never have the same person. If there were other Cadillac dealers on the island, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to another location. This location is terrible and don’t care about their customers. Once they make the sale you are treated like terrible. The customer service should extend from sales into the service center. This is not the case and never has been. Very sad as their is no Aloha for this location. More
