Took over a month to fix my car. Communication and status of repairs was poor, lacking urgency, and I had to constantly follow up after being promised an update. It’s very difficult Communication and status of repairs was poor, lacking urgency, and I had to constantly follow up after being promised an update. It’s very difficult to even get an appointment to repair my vehicle. Takes numerous calls and messages for a call back. Last year….The finance dept has never called me back after calling Theresa 6 times and leaving 3 messages. I finally gave up! Very disappointing! More
