I have had my brand new 2023 GMC Sierra Denali less than 2 months and it has spent approximately 14 days at the service department . Spare tire mount not secured properly Tire Pressure Monitor System d 2 months and it has spent approximately 14 days at the service department . Spare tire mount not secured properly Tire Pressure Monitor System did not work the day o got home with the truck A valve that was damaged by water and caused brake failure and almost caused me to hit an innocent family and me and my family to suffer sleep issues. Lastly the Sun roof is leaking The GM said all of this is minor stress and that he fixed the issues with the truck and what else should I ant from him. I forgot to add they gave me blackout emblems if I made a good rating for them. I recommend no one by a truck from this dealership. Also please reach out to everyone you know and tell them to spread the word. I ask all Military to stand up if they have had issues and we can stop things like this. I love the car we bought from them, but the discussion about pricing was backwards and not thoroughly explained. While the people were nice and felt genuine, the dealership itself needs work. Their music is entirely too loud and obnoxious with old speakers, and there were light fixtures that flickered on and off constantly. Please lower the music and choose something more soothing, and fix your lighting. I was in sensory overload by the end of the purchase, and my husband had to facilitate the rest of the paperwork. Also, I’ve received several of these emails asking for a review, and I did not want to do it and yet continued to receive them. Catch the hint when they don’t reply the first couple times, don’t bombard people’s email with a stupid review. More
