I recently went in for an oil change and the engine cover was not reinstalled. The bigger issue is the filter was installed incorrectly as well. The incorrect installation caused the oil to leak out of my ve was not reinstalled. The bigger issue is the filter was installed incorrectly as well. The incorrect installation caused the oil to leak out of my vehicle causing the oil and check engine light to come on. I then had to have the vehicle towed back into the dealership for additional diagnostics. I called the evening the incident happened but the dealership was closed so I left multiple voicemails. I tried calling again the following morning but was never able to connect with anyone and never received a return call. I ended up calling my insurance company to arrange a tow. My insurance also tried to contact the dealership but they were unsuccessful as well. I went into the dealership but after the vehicle was dropped off for an update as I was unable to reach anyone by phone. Now on the second day I have not received any updates on the diagnosis. More
