Honolulu GMC Cadillac - Service Center

My vehicle was there for 3 months, nothing was done. Very poor service. Never again do service with GMC. Very poor service. Never again do service with GMC. More

Car was promised at 1:45, I called 2x before coming at 2:00. Car wasn't ready. Had to self-pay for an Uber home. Returned the next day at 10am and car was still not ready. Returned again at 1:30, was said 2:00. Car wasn't ready. Had to self-pay for an Uber home. Returned the next day at 10am and car was still not ready. Returned again at 1:30, was said it was ready but had error messages that needed to be cleared. Took an additional 45 minutes before it was ready. Still paid full price and I was out the time and money for the three trips to pickup my car. Very poor service and communication More

I’ve brought my vehicle here several times now. As a former technician at a dealership I can confidently say that this dealership feels understaffed with service writers. I don’t even try to call anymore because my calls are never answered. The last time I brought my vehicle in I left it for 2 weeks for a noise and recall and nothing was done. If I do go in… I’m never confident my vehicle will even be done or available to pick up. Johnny the service writer for me was great to work with but he has seemingly more work than he can handle. I’m not sure if this is because there are too many cars to service or if there are not enough workers. Either way… it’s been very difficult to even get a simple oil change. More
