Great customer service from beginning to end. I was disappointed when I leased my truck because of damage to my tail light which was repaired without difficulty I recently returned for an oil cha I was disappointed when I leased my truck because of damage to my tail light which was repaired without difficulty I recently returned for an oil change and ignition key replacement which went fine. I thought on the day of the service representative Mia and the shuttle drivers (male and female) were all excellent. I was a little confused when I first made the appointment with Charlo. A prior sales person had told me that I may be eligible for a free key but Charlo told me that I would have had to pay for that service. Charlo was also unfamiliar with a 10% discount that Honolulu Ford was offering for ignition keys. That caught me a little by surprise. More

Great service My only suggestion is to have more loaner cars available. When I have to come back so they could replace the part needed there were no loaner cars, th My only suggestion is to have more loaner cars available. When I have to come back so they could replace the part needed there were no loaner cars, then I was told to go to Enterprise rent a car they have an agreement with then to offer a discount but they also had no rentals available. I then had to catch a bus to the Waipahu Enterprise as the had cars available but they had no clue about any discounts available with Ford. The rep at that location though did help us out More

Honolulu Ford Service on CMax Hybrid Everybody was very friendly. The lounge was comfortable with Big Screen TV and complimentary coffee. My car came back washed and vacuumed.
