She made sure she had all the documentation ready for my records and rental car available while my car was being serviced. She also made sure that she was available to answer all my questions. They even washed my car when it was ready for pick up. I would recommend Honolulu forward as they are professional and provide quality service. The team staff at Honolulu Ford are the best. More
15k mile service and 3 tire change. I went to Honolulu Ford Service Department for my 15k mile service and for a tire check as my tires were wearing down quickly. My tire tread was low and not covered under warranty so I decided to have them change out 3 tires as one tire was previously replaced under warranty. Timothy Hayashi, my service advisor was friendly and informative of what my 15k service entailed. I was also pleased that Timothy gave me a discount on my tires. He called several hours after dropping off my car to ask if I left my glove box key as it was locked and they needed to change the cabin filter. I wasn't nearby so we made an arrangement to have that installed at the time of pick up. When picking up my car, Tim went to get the technician to install my filter, however, the technician couldn't be located. I had no other options except to have my cabin filter replaced at a later date. Upon returning home, I noticed all my lug nuts on my rims were damaged, it looked as if they used a socket that was too shallow and caused the tips of all lug nuts to be scraped. All 20 lug nuts were damaged. I also noticed huge gashes and scratches on the 3 rims which of the tires changed out. Some scratches are shallow, several different gashes are deep into the aluminum rim, but all scratches and gashes have scraped off the paint. There was also several deep gouges on the lip where the clear coat and paint was scraped off. The scratches and dents to my rim going along the lip probably happened when the wheel machine was spinning the rim and from the total incompetence of the technician. I immediately called Tim and sent him pictures. He assured me that they will take care of it and I agreed to let the rim repair technician to contact me. Four days later, the rim repair technician was able to assess the damage. The following day, the rim repair technician informed me that he had already sent an invoice for repair to the Honolulu Ford Service Department and was just waiting to hear back from the service department in order to repair my rims. It now has been almost two weeks. I have left several messages for Tim, and his Manager, Eric, inquiring about the status of my car. I have yet to hear back from either of them or anyone from the service department for that matter. I also still do not have my cabin filter installed, yet have already paid for it. I will never use Ford service again! More

Average at best Drop off went well, pick up was a different story. As I drove away I realized I did not get a receipt for my oil change. Didn't have time to go back and ask for one. I did ask prior to leaving if my Sync had been updated, was told I needed to ask for that prior to service. When I got home I decided to check and see if my oil life was at least reset, which it was. Honolulu Ford is the fourth dealership I've used on Oahu. It ranks third on my list. One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had was at New City Nissan. Appointments are easy. I'm welcomed the moment I arrive. I'm offered a beverage and escorted to their lobby. My vehicle software is updated without me asking. My vehicle is always washed when returned, and I'm always given a breakdown of what they did and walk away with a receipt. This should be the standard for all dealerships. Sadly that is not the case. While not terrible, I won't be returning to Honolulu Ford for service. More

Daniel did not want to release the vehicle to the person who dropped (my employee) it off to be service. Instead, I had to drive from Ewa Beach to town to only have my keys handed to me by Daniel, who in my opinion had a smirk on his face as I received the keys, waiting for a response , he gave me a "BLANK " look. As I'm waiting for him to say anything, he said nothing but "I'm not the service department", Daniel could have said that I'll leave a message for Kyle to call you up and let you know the results of the diagnose. Daniel really made me feel "UNIMPORTANT". Can someone from Ford give me a call so I'm able to share my experience? More
Excellent customer service almost ruined. The only negative was while waiting for the service I was hounded by the greedy sleazy salesmen everytime I walked in the front door and my last impression when I left was by a rude salesman who could care less because I wasn't going to buy a car and blocked my exit while he sat in a new car trying to sell it to someone else. Bottom line definitely DO NOT buy a car here but definitely get it serviced here if you bought it somewhere else. More
