What’s the point of reservations? I recently had my oil changed at Honolulu Ford, as I had purchased the lifetime oil changes for my Ford Edge. I was able to make a reservation 3 weeks I recently had my oil changed at Honolulu Ford, as I had purchased the lifetime oil changes for my Ford Edge. I was able to make a reservation 3 weeks out so that I could work the minor service operation around my schedule. It came as large surprise to me when I checked in early that there were several people in front of me and that it would be a couple hours. This was confusing, and there was no explanation or answer given to my questions as to what purpose reservations have if there are several people still in front of me. You wouldn’t expect to wait that long if you had a scheduled appointment at a doctors office or business meeting. Same for restaurants. However, because I’ve come to expect the worst from Hawaii industriousness, it was not fully unexpected. They did a perfectly fine job at the menial job of performing an oil change, which is why my review isn’t 1-star. So I’ll give them credit for that. Unfortunately I’ll be coming back since I’ve already purchased the lifetime oil changes, but I will just have to show up when they open and hope for the best. More

My Mustang is #20, They are only available to active duty military that is deployed overseas. So you cannot just good out and buy it at a dealership. When I brought my vehicle in to Honolulu Ford, I was greeted by Service Director Chad GETZ. I expressed my concern with my vehicle. Chad assured me that everything would be fine. He made sure that I was taken care of and set me up with courtesy vehicle immediately. I didn’t hVe to go through the hassle of the rental car issue again. I explained that this was the third time bringing in my vehicle for the same issue within 18 months. I don’t want to push the lemon law. I only want my vehicle to be reliable. I expressed that this is a vehicle that I wish to give my son and I want it running perfect. Theresa PAPERD was very busy. As usual she immediately called to keep me updated on status of my vehicle. She was always professional, courteous, friendly, and compassionate with me about my situation. My experience at Honolulu Ford was pleasant, even though I had the be there for unfortunate reason. I wish all businesses would treat customers the way I was. I didn’t receive same feeling or treatment when I went To Windward Ford in Kailua to establish a dealership in Hawaii since my vehicle was purchased in country when I was deployed. I recommend anyone to bring vehicles to Honolulu Ford for service. Great team here. More

I'm not sure of a lot of things in life like, what the TV series Lost was ever about. I'm not sure why we can't touch the tip of our noses with our tongue. But one thing I'm certain of, is that Rich Nicholson will get you into a vehicle of your dreams. He will not stop until he has exahausted every avenue. I am well pleased with his uncanny approach in doing so. All I can say is give him a shot and you won't be dissapointed. This is a testament to his character and Rich being a all around good guy. 5 stars. More

Mismanagement Had appointment for service on 10/24, prior to which, as recommended by service writer, place message to order struts for rear lift door which were fa Had appointment for service on 10/24, prior to which, as recommended by service writer, place message to order struts for rear lift door which were failing. Doing so would allow both service and replacement to be completed during one visit. Emails (including to service director) and phone calls were not returned so I assumed my message was received and the date of my service would also accomplish strut replacement. NOT - struts ordered on 10/24 prompting another visit for replacement on 11/09. If you're not going to respond to emails and voice messages - why have them? More
