I leased car in 2008 from another dealer. The servicing department, from Kevin, who is in charge of my needs, to Jared and Tracy, is great. I am always greeted with a smile and what can we do for you attitudes. When I decided to buy out my lease, the finance manager, Arsenio was terrific. I discussed options with him, went home and reviewed them, and returned to purchase my vehicle. Just this week, I had another great experience with Gary, who did a drive around with me to determine the cause of a noise I was hearing. Obviously knowledgeable, he did his diagnosing and was so friendly too. I am serious... I have to write because overall, everyone has been terrific over the past 4 years!! and it continues…and I love my MKX Thanks to all of you!! :) More

My experience with Honolulu Ford started in 1972. They have always been good to me. Henry Tabios and his team have been in charge of the maintenance of my 2002 Explorer and 2003 E-150 Cargo van for many y have always been good to me. Henry Tabios and his team have been in charge of the maintenance of my 2002 Explorer and 2003 E-150 Cargo van for many years. He always calls me and explains the details of what is needed. My confidence in the Mechanics at Honolulu Ford is based on a perfect record of success. The dealer always has the latest information and best parts for my vehicles. Both my vehicles are in top shape. Travis Purdy, Barbara Russo and Mark Benson discussed the new 2013 Explorer with me. All three of them educated me about my next vehicle; a 2013 Ford Explorer. My ten year old Explorer has been really exceptional. I am certain the 2013 version will exceed my expectations. Grandpa taught me to go to Honolulu Ford and I will carry on the tradition with pride. Over 30 years ago I first went to Honolulu Ford when they were at the Ala Moana location and purchased my first T Bird from Ben Cabalo. Since then I have always gone back to Ben even when I bought my son's were at the Ala Moana location and purchased my first T Bird from Ben Cabalo. Since then I have always gone back to Ben even when I bought my son's first car which was a gorgeous yellow Mustang GT. Ben has to be the nicest and hardest working person I know who always goes the extra mile for me as his customer. He has become more of a friend over these many years. He is ther reason why I will continue to select my Ford cars or trucks from Honolulu Ford. I mean they have fanatastc service and all that but to be able to come to the dealership and have someone who greets you with the words, "Hello My Friend" is just heartwarming to say the least. I will continue to be a Honolulu Ford customer. Because of Ben Cabalo, I feel like more than just a customer, I feel like family. I don't like car dealers/sales because I've had a few bad experiences in the past and the other day at another dealer. I needed a new car ASAP when I went back there for the 2nd time but no one seemed to wa experiences in the past and the other day at another dealer. I needed a new car ASAP when I went back there for the 2nd time but no one seemed to want to help me. But Roger stepped in when he saw me sitting and waiting for somebody. Roger was patient with my attitude and I was a bit upset when I was there, but he checked the newest inventory that wasn't out for show yet and it made me feel that the purchase was to my liking with the color and model; he did not just say that whatever that was already out for show was all that they had. Overall his service was excellent. More

I have always called Wayne for help finding parts for our 15 Ford trucks. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. If he is busy, he always call me back and goes ou his way to service us.
