I came in with my requirements and what I was willing to pay, and he came in within a few dollars of that. He helped sync the telephones and teach us about the new vehicle. Mark Benson came out and talked with us as well, he was friendly and energized, and wanted to ensure we were getting quality service and asked if he could help. When our new SUV (2013 Ford Explorer) was brought out after washing, he noted one of the decals was not scrapped off fully and said he would take care of that himself, and he did. Bottle and wrag in hand. He also shared his visions on the future of the dealership, and being retired military I found it enlightening how he wanted to see about doing more than just the "norm" for military in Hawaii. I called up this company to inquire about used car inspections. I was almost shocked to find out from Kevin that this type of service was available and it was even more than what I expected. Kevin told me basically what it would entail and set me up with an appointment. He was also very polite and professional over the phone. It was very easy to speak with him. After arriving at the dealership, I met with Kevin and he gave me a print out of the list of checkpoints they'd be reaching during the inspection. He also notified me of the special no interest financing for the used car extended warranty offer. Already being pleased with the service I was receiving from Kevin, I was extremely pleased with the manufacturer for offering such a thing as this. Kevin provided exceptional service and the crew at the checkout were also very polite and professional. I really enjoyed and appreciate the experience I had at this dealer.
