I had a wonderful buying experience for the first time ever. Jim Warren made this possible, he took the time to answer all of my questions and even helped me save money in the process. I traded my car in for a newer Honda. I had a warranty that I purchased from Honda of the Avenues that was cancelled when I purchased the new car. I waited months for my reimbursement and received nothin that I purchased from Honda of the Avenues that was cancelled when I purchased the new car. I waited months for my reimbursement and received nothing. I was extremely patient knowing this took weeks to process. Finally, after 3 1/2 months I contacted the finance advisor, Charlie Griffin. I left NUMEROUS voicemails for Mr.Griffin without a return phone call. I then asked to speak with his supervisor, Tolga. I left NUMEROUS messages for Tolga and each time I called he was conveniently "in meetings" I was told. I finally had to contact Honda Corporate and file a claim in order to get someone from this dealer to call me about the matter. Mr. Griffin called and left a message about a Honda that I had not owned in years. Honda Corporate called to let me know that they did speak with Tolga who told them he was not going to contact me because there was "nothing to talk about." I finally complained until someone listened to me. I spoke with the owner's assistant who looked into the problem and called me back within 20 minutes. Within a few weeks I had my check thanks to the assistant. Mr. Griffin and Tolga only want something to do with you when you have money to purchase the car but once the car is purchased FORGET about getting a call back or any type of customer service. More

we have been shopping for a new honda accord for about 2 months and finally we found what we were looking for at the Honda @ the Avenues dealership. Also worked with Engin Arslan. We had 3 days to find a new car for my partner before having to turn in the rental. Through emails with HOTA we were assured that we would not find that the available cars had a lot of dealer or factory add ons. Told sales rep that I was in chemo for cancer and it was going to be a struggle for me to drive over there and back and wanted to make sure we came away with the car at the price quoted. He assured me the price we were quoted was the price we would get and if there were dealer add ons that would be free. They kept their word. The next day we drove from Gainesville, selected the exact car we wanted, and got it at the price quoted. Easiest car buying experience ever and the price was great! If I beat this cancer, I will head straight back to HOTA for a car for me. More
